About Me
I’m happily married to David, and we have an adorable son named Nathaniel. We’re expecting our second child in May of 2009. I’m also a reference and instruction librarian at a small liberal arts college. I am starting my fourth year there this fall, and really enjoy working there.
My favorite author is PG Wodehouse, and I collect his books, as well as books by Agatha Christie, Jeanne Dams, and Dorothy Gilman. I’ve been on 5 missions trips and spent a semester living in England, and would love to travel more once Nathaniel is old enough.
My undergraduate degree is in English, so I’m a nut for correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar. As a result, if I ever changed careers, I’d probably become an editor, or a computer programmer. I’ve also [briefly] considered a career as a construction worker due to some experiences volunteering with Habitat for Humanity.
